Clockworks Press® is proud to announce its second handbag, the W28 Tote. Proudly Made in NYC each First Edition W28 Tote bag is handmade using:
- water resistant #10 Duck Original Martexin® wax canvas
- repurposed denim from jeans (each piece of denim is unique and printed a blue shade)
- repurposed U.S. Navy camouflage shirts
- veg-tan leather
- YKK metal two-tone zipper with leather riveted pull
- limited first edition of just 25 bags
- hand-signed and numbered on the inside on a Tyvek® label

The W28 Tote Keeping in line with our sustainability goals we created an ink that combines the Recycrom™ pigment, made in Italy from textile production waste with fabric based relief printing binders. The two-tone heavy duty YKK open zipper is a finished with a riveted pull in matching veg tan leather. The open zipper allows you to use the bag as both an open tote or zipped and snapped at the sides for full closure. The two leather straps have a shoulder drop of 12" making it usable as a shoulder or a cross body bag. The tote has a drop in lining in light grey heavy weight cotton and two interior camouflage pockets that can accommodate your phone, iPad, small laptop water bottle and/or umbrella, making it the perfect all around bag. Care instructions: Do not machine wash or dry clean. Delicately spot clean only with cold water on wax canvas, denim, camouflage and lining surfaces. Use extra care on printed denim by dabbing lightly with a cotton cloth. Leather surfaces can be conditioned using the Smith's Leather Balm which is included with each tote. Remember the beauty of wax canvas and leather are that they become more beautiful with age. When not in use, store your tote in it's protective dust cover.
